CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION :
One serving of
ESN Weight Gainer is recommended per day, e.g. B. can be consumed after training or in the morning after getting up.
Stir or mix one portion (150 g powder) into 300 ml water. It is recommended to consume 1 serving per day.
Tip : If you mix the shake with water, the taste is already excellent. To intensify the taste even more, you can optionally mix the shake with low-fat milk. To do this, take 150 g of powder in 350 - 400 ml of milk.
