SO GOOD! PROTEIN® PANCAKES are protein pancakes made of oatmeal, oat flour, cottage cheese, whey protein and egg protein as well as other natural nutrients like freeze-dried fruit.

Oat flakes are very nutritious and healthy. They contain high quality carbohydrates, plant protein, unsaturated fats and vitamins B1, B6 and E, zinc, iron and calcium. In comparison to other grain, oat flakes contain most insoluble fiber that lower “bad” cholesterol LDL level and cleans blood vessels. oat grain contains approximately 30% of fiber. It’s unique value comes from special beta-glucan fraction that is not soluble in water.

Ingredients: Natural oatmealoat flour, buttermilkwhey protein concentrate, cottage cheese powder (contains milk), egg albumin powder, egg yolk powder, fruit powder2,3,4,5, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), baking powder, flavourings, cinnamon2, salt, sweetener (sucralose)2,3,4,5.

Recommended use: Mix 3 scoops of powder (75 g) with 75 ml of water or milk. Beat with a whisk until smooth. If the batter is too thick to pour, add a little more liquid. Wait 3 minutes. Cook the pancakes on a hot, well-greased griddle. Brown on both sides and serve hot with desired toppings.
